The Sullivan Steel Drum Band has played over thirty engagements since its inception in January of 2008.

 

Steel Drum student (Petra Mohwat) became professional steel drummer in Jamica after June graduation.

 

Steel drum students have performed at the Chicago Culture Center, Bud Bilikin parade, Jordan Elemlentary School (with Michael Jordan's mother in attendance).  Students also perfromed at the CPS high school fair of over 5000 in attendance and at a number of Sullivan High School football games.
